Interesting facts
"NeroSanlore" Nero d'Avola is a magnificent Italian wine of exceptional complexity and power, possessing an extraordinary character. In this seductive, multifaceted wine, one can sense the hot sun of Sicily and the iodized notes of the sea, which stretches just a few hundred meters from the non-irrigated, biodynamically cultivated vineyard "San Lorenzo", where vines of Nero d'Avola over 40 years old are grown. The harvest begins on September 15. After fermentation, prolonged maceration on the skins, and malolactic fermentation, the wine is transferred to barrels of 225 and 500 liters and aged for at least 24 months. After bottling, the wine ages in bottles for two years. The wine has a storage potential of at least 10-12 years.
