Edmond Dantes is a sparkling wine produced using the classic Pas Dosé method from Vermentino and Chardonnay grapes, aged for 24 months on the lees. A distinctive feature of this sparkling wine is its terroir: it is produced in Manduria (Taranto) at the Felline winery – a historic Apulian winery that contributed to the popularization of Primitivo and was named one of the best wineries in Italy by the American magazine Wine Spectator in 2019.
