Interesting facts
This Pet Nat (pétillant naturel) is the first sparkling wine from Aroa. The wine is produced using the traditional method, completing fermentation in the bottle without secondary fermentation or disgorgement, which is the most traditional way to preserve bubbles in the bottle. This ancestral method (methode rurale) gives the wine a slight cloudiness and natural charm. Following the philosophy of Le Naturel, the producer does not add sulfites or any other ingredients. The harvest is hand-picked from low-yield vines, and the berries undergo very gentle pressing.
