Domaine G&G Bouvet Arbin Mondeuse

Located on clay-limestone scree in the heart of the Alps, on the southern slopes of the Bauges massif, which give the vineyards their entire character, the various plots of the estate are planted with various grape varieties. Some of them are very old, native to Savoy, where winemaking traditions date back to Roman times, and are found exclusively in this small part of the world. The Domaine Bouvet vines on sixty plots represent various Savoy grape varieties, making it possible to offer a diverse range of red, white, rosé and even sparkling wines in the AOC Vins de Savoie. Domaine Bouvet offers a diverse range of wines to suit all tastes: in red wines, the essential "Mondeuse" (Cuvée la persanne, Cuvée Sainte Barbe Prestige, Cuvée Guillaume Charles), "Pinot noir" (Cuvée le Beau Chêne), "Gamay" (Cuvée Le Vignoble and Cuvée Saint Claude), "Grand Savoie Rouge" and "Amariva". In white wine, the typical Roussette (Cuvée Saint-Odilon and Cru Montermino), the harmonious and symbolic Jacquère (Cuvée Les Ébulli) or Chardonnay, Bergeron, Roussan and Grand Savoie Blanc. - Less well-known, but worth visiting, the estate also offers rosé wines such as "Le Grand Savoie Rosé" and "Les Pierres roses".
